The Keelung Art Museum
The Keeling Art Museum is expected to be grandly opened in March 2023! As the latest art and cultural exhibition space in Keelung, the Keelung Cultural Center will be divided into art and cultural exhibition space. The Keeling Art Museum replans the 1st to 3rd floors of the Keelung Cultural Center, which has been in use for 35 years, as a professional exhibition hall. In addition to retaining the palace-style staircase in the cultural center, the first floor is also opened up to make the circulation smoother. The corridors on the 4th to 7th floors will be rebuilt into new resting spaces. It not only retains the classical palace lanterns, but also integrated modern professional exhibition space, inheriting the style of being the first cultural center in Taiwan in the past, and moving towards a modern art museum space, giving the Keelung Art Museum a new look.
The Keelung Art Museum adopt Litpeuter lighting control system. The classical palace lamps are controlled by relay pack and the track lights are controlled by trailing-edge dimmer. Compared with traditional leading-edge dimmer, trailing-edge dimmer is applied to LED lighting equipment. No minimum loading requirement, so better performance achieves on a single lighting device or very small load. In addition, trailing-edge dimming adopts MOS/IGBT technology, solving interference and noise problem, and better dimming performance than traditional leading-edge dimming method.
In addition, one of the highlights of the Keelung Art Museum is the use of luminous ceiling, so that the traditional ceiling is no longer a rigid frame, but to create a simple, uniform, bright and comfortable space. Through the control system, a poetic and picturesque space atmosphere is created, and the best state of the artwork can be demonstrated.
