S∙S∙A∙W in YUIMOM Residence
Rooted in Taiwan and deeply cultivated in Kaohsiung for 25 years, YUIMON Group, the founder and Chairman Shao Yung-tien started from scratch in the construction industry, adhering to the business philosophy of “not seeking the largest, but seeking the best”.
At the beginning of 2022, with major technology companies entering Kaohsiung and connecting industrial clusters, the city is accelerating its transformation and driving the demand for high-end residents. YUIMOM Group has newly planned the highest standard and full-satisfaction hotel-style apartment in Taiwan “YUIMON Residence,” opening in September 2022.
There are four different types of restaurant in YUIMOM Residence, each with its own characteristics. It provides residents and gourmets with new options for dining and gatherings.

The four restaurants all adopt Litpeuter PLC lighting control system, which not only has delicate dimming but also has the advantages of low brightness without flickering. When you come here to dine, you can not only enjoy the high-quality service of the restaurant, but also taste the unique delicacies of Michelin chefs. “S.S.A.W Spring germinates Summer, Autumn crystalizes Winter” provides new dining options for gourmets from all over the world and construct the blueprint of the key essentials in life-food, health, joy. The design of S.S.A.W demonstrates the changing of four seasons, also interpreting the vitality of YUIMOM.
